Return + Shipping Policy

General Return Policy

  • We want you to love the MushyLove taste experience! However, we can only offer refund / return on unopened product. Each return must be approved by our customer support team.
  • If you received product that was damaged, please take photos and email to describing the issue. Once approved, we will replace the damaged product and issue a prepaid return label for the damaged / unused product.

When will I receive my refund?

  • Once we have received the unopened, unused product we will issue a full refund, which then takes a couple days to show up in your account.

What if my item was lost by USPS or stolen?

  • Unfortunately, once packages are in the carrier's hands, they are out of our control. You need to work directly with USPS to resolve this issue, as they do not guarantee insurance to us and we cannot take on their liability when they refuse to reimburse us for lost or damaged packages.

Can I make a change to my order?

  • Maybe! Please send all order inquiries or concerns to and if your order has not yet been shipped we will do our best to accommodate / make necessary changes if possible. We cannot take responsibility if the shipping information given to us was incorrect. Please add your shipping information carefully and do not forget the unit / apt number if applicable.
  • If we receive a returned package as “undeliverable” we will contact you to confirm the shipping information and attempt to resend.

I forgot to apply my discount code, can you apply it for me?

  • Unfortunately we do not have the ability to alter payments on our end. Please email and let us know. If your order has not yet been processed + shipped we can cancel your order and you can reorder with the correct discount code applied.

How fast will my order ship?

  • Our warehouse works very hard to get your packages out as quickly as possible. Typically it takes between 2-3 business days for processing before your order ships. Our warehouse is open Mon-Fri, therefore we ask for 3-5 day processing window if your order is placed Fri-Sun.During high-volume periods (including but not limited to: holidays, major sales and collab drops), please allow up to 5-7 business days.

International orders:

  • We do offer international orders, and we do our best to provide competitive shipping rates for international customers. Please note that we are not liable for customs clearances fees that are required by your country, and we are not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs. Prices listed on our website do not include any of these customs clearance fees. Please be aware of your country’s customs charges prior to placing an order.

Do you offer customer support over Instagram?

  • No, we do not. Please send an email over to for any customer service assistance, order inquiries or concerns. There is no guarantee that a DM on Instagram will be seen.
